The packaging (box it came in) came beautifully!! No damage whatsoever and the golden little bow around it was a cute touch! When you open it, the item itself is protected in two little zip log bags (Idk if there’s a name for the tiny bags), it could be a convenience and maybe it’s just to keep track of other items that they get but it really did help and no damage was done to the item! Of course the item was also placed on top of cotton so it looks beautiful! I really loved purchasing from here and I definitely would do it again in a heart beat!
Oh and in case anyone is wondering about the picture itself in the item, it looks just like her! She passed this year and this is a gift for my mom for Christmas and I know she’ll love it, this business did an extremely amazing job and I can’t thank them enough!

My mom and dad lost their blind dog, Trinity, after many, many years of caring for her. She was very much a special needs dog. They recently had to help her cross the rainbow bridge, which was incredibly hard and emotional for them. They had her cremated and her remains sit on their living room shelf.
