Design Process
Our talented designers will analyze your image to get prepared for the engraving process by drawing a perfect resemblance of your photo.
Workmanship
Your Custom Pet Gift is finely crafted, engraved and packaged in a cute gift box with a bow. You'll have a forever memory of furbaby!
Quality check and ship
Finally, we'll carefully package your order in a safe durable poly mailer. We'll ship your order with a fully tracked shipping method and send you a notification via email and/or text. You will always know that status and location of your order. Time to get excited!
Photo Guidelines
1. PLEASE DON'T USE BLURRY PHOTOS
The image you upload is most important. A higher quality image will result in a higher quality design. A smartphone will do the trick!
2. GOOD LIGHTING IS KEY
Good outside lighting is ideal. If taken inside we ask preferably for light to be shining on the pet.
3. MORE THAN ONE PET
We suggest using 1 pet per pendant but if you want to do two pets please take an image of them side by side with little space between them. Using more than one pet will not increase the size of the pendant either.
4. PLACEMENT IS IMPORTANT
If you include the whole body of your pet, we will engrave the full body. If you only upload an image of the pet head we will only engrave the pet's head.
