1. PLEASE DON'T USE BLURRY PHOTOS
The image you upload is most important. A higher quality image will result in a higher quality design. A smartphone will do the trick!
2. GOOD LIGHTING IS KEY
Good outside lighting is ideal. If taken inside we ask preferably for light to be shining on the pet.
3. MORE THAN ONE PET
We suggest using 1 pet per pendant but if you want to do two pets please take an image of them side by side with little space between them. Using more than one pet will not increase the size of the pendant either.
4. PLACEMENT IS IMPORTANT
If you include the whole body of your pet, we will engrave the full body. If you only upload an image of the pet head we will only engrave the pet's head.

A We can do it, Please kindly note that the pendant is only about 2.5cm. If 4 dogs group together in one pendant, they will look very small. We don't suggest customers to do in this way.
