Good outside lighting is ideal. If taken inside we ask preferably for light to be shining on the pet.

3. MORE THAN ONE PET

We suggest using 1 pet per pendant but if you want to do two pets please take an image of them side by side with little space between them. Using more than one pet will not increase the size of the pendant either.

4. PLACEMENT IS IMPORTANT

If you include the whole body of your pet, we will engrave the full body. If you only upload an image of the pet head we will only engrave the pet's head.

I love the outcome of this piece. It's very beautiful and unique, we love our dog Ben unexpectedly earlier this year and this was the perfect gift for my husband who was his best friend. The quality is good, though the edges are a little rough and could use some gentle sanding. As far as customer experience I had to email support after 10 business days to get an update, was told it would ship out within a couple of days and they would send a tracking number. I never got a tracking number so I emailed a week later and was told it would be delivered later that day THEN got a tracking number. I understand it is a lot to juggle for a small business so it's not a huge deal but it does leave a little to be desired as far as communication. Overall love the end result just had to go through some hoops to get updates. This kind of product and production would probably benefit from a step by step update system like accepted, in the design stage, being made, quality check, and shipped, so customers can be in the loop about the stages of progress. Just a thought!
