I got a bracelet that has a pet in the viewer gem, and you can’t see anything. A tiny fraction of the image, at BEST.
I contacted support and they sent a video of how to view it through my phone. Not helpful - if I wanted to view the photo on my phone, I would just use my phone to look at it.
Do NOT buy any of the viewer products!

Item was great, however, I ordered November 17th and expected it to be here by Christmas at the very latest. I emailed to check December 17th because I hadn’t even gotten a tracking number yet. I was told it was lost in transit so they would start on a new one for me and refund 20% of the cost. Then when I gave them the go ahead for that, they responded that it was found and would be shipped off. It took 10 more days to get to me. December 27th.

I got this for my wife. It was a picture of 3 of our dogs we had together and before we had kids. The last of those 3 dogs passed away just after midnight Sept. 10th of this year. I'd ordered this prior to her passing because she was 16 years old, which is really a great life for a Lab Pit Mix. The other two had passed already years ago. I reached out after 2 weeks and received a response it would be done and shipped out immediately! but then it got lost in shipping…It was a little frustrating but the communication was great and appreciated! They refunded me for my shipping as well!

I lost my little guy to kidney failure, last November, so it is nice to have a little piece of him with me always ❤️ The image is a bit difficult to see, but I will note that it looks better when exposed to light.
