I received a keychain of an image of my cat from this company for my birthday, and I had loved it so much that I used this company to get a keychain for someone else. The quality of the keychains are amazing, every detail from the picture is visible in the keychain, and I love the customizable engrave available. I would 100% recommend getting personalized keychains from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. find a small business on Etsy and save your money. Customer service is absolutely the worst. Nothing on the website stated that they were “overwhelmed” with orders. Just stayed the 10 business days for production and then shipping. After the 10 day mark I reached out and they said due to an increase in orders they were behind, oh LDBT give any updates. Then kept saying they shipped it. They did not. They printed the label so it showed up in USPS system. It was not shipped. I kept reaching out to CS and they still have yet to respond. I would recommend a shop on Etsy and save your time, money, and energy from ordering here.

While the final product is of good quality, the shipping times and lack of communication from the seller left much to be desired. The original estimate was 5-10 business days for processing, followed by shipment. It took over a month for my order to be processed, and an additional week to be shipped. I had to reach out to the seller twice after the original estimate of processing passed, and was met with generic, empty responses with no assurances or assistance of if or when my product would arrive.
If you are going to use this seller, purchase a month or more in advance of the day you need the item. Having a gift be delivered more than a month late is not a good look.

Wait time was longer then expected + was sent an email that there was a shortage of materials - my keychain is literally the size of a nail - I have purchased one a few months ago which was way larger , not sure why this one is literally 1/3 the size and just about as big as a single earring - I would really appreciate sending this one back for one 2x the size - I have already emailed a picture

The engraving was subpar at best and the web site claim of 3 to 5 days to make and 3 to 5 days for shipping. This is not even close to accurate. It took about 45 days from order to delivery. I do not recommend this company.

Our dog passed away and this keychain was a gift for my boyfriend. It took over a month to get here and I got zero updates. I did email and got a response promptly. However, when I initially ordered they said they would send an email with the final design before making/sending it, which I never got. My boyfriend ended up liking it fine but the customer service was not handled well.

Even shipping was longer than indicated. I love all the key chains I had made last year. Christmas of 2022. I bought 8 last year I believe. There were only 2 last year that I wasn’t happy with but I never ordered the newer ones to replace those. Waited too long. Ordered 2 new keychains this year and I do love them. The keychain is nice, the picture came out well on the metal. My only gripe is with the engraving. I requested my pet's name on the keychain but you did not engrave the little heart after his name. In every picture I've seen you automatically include a small heart after the name. I have another keychain with my other departed pet's name on it as well and that one has a heart after his name. So that was a bummer, but I guess nothing can be done at this point.
